the challenges: 4 brochures (3-panel folders with pocket on inside middle panel); 4/c process + 5 Pantone colors and overall aqueous; Pantone colors are common throughout the 4 brochures so color balance was critical; register Spot Gloss UV on front panel to highlight artwork; die cut, die score and glue pocket on inside middle panel.

the challenges: combo emboss and foil stamp 12pt Hazen Brushed Silver cover; print two leaves 4/c process on 30# Chartham Platinum text; print seven leaves 7 colors on 111# Garda Gloss Cover and spot gloss UV images; gloss Film laminate 65# black Pegasus cover to be used as spine for brochure; collate text and cover, bind with three silver grommets.

Riverwatch Brochure - designed by Pace Advertising

the challenges: cover prints 4/c process on cover stock and register debosses; text prints 4/c process plus 1PMS on 100# coated cover; collate covers and text, white spiral bind final; slip case prints one color on face, die cut window on slip case in position that artwork on brochure aligns and shows through the window; assemble for brochure so logo on brochure shows through window.

Stroock & Stroock & Lavin Packaging - designed by MM Identity Lab

the challenges: create a custom diecut box (with a blind embossed logo) to house two tea tins—using a premium grade charcoal color paper stock; create a custom mailing box so the contents would be protected during mailing; apply glue panel to belly band; manage fulfillment: insert tins and brochure, apply the belly band, and insert contents in mailing box.

the challenges: print and bind 60 pages plus cover brochure with cross-overs on nearly every printed spread; maintain color balance throughout brochure; bind so the cross-overs remain in alignment for all spreads. (4-color process, web and sheetfed printing)
